Todos nós já "perdemos as estribeiras" em algum momento! Principalmente quando se está tentando realizar algo e não consegue devido ao mal antendimento ou negligência de alguns.
Agora, como se diz isso em inglês?
Bem, temos a expressão: Lose one's temper!
e.g. Jim lost his temper when Elias misled the team!
Temos também: fly off the handle
e.g. I don’t know what’s wrong with him; Bob keeps flying off the handle for the smallest reasons.

Marcio In fact I always get irritated with it and is bouncing my nerves, but as the Bible says that we should honor father and mother for the day extends into the soil and everything I may be well then I have to obey the biblical commandments to have a blessed life in all areas of life!
